Agreement Details
Purpose of the Agreement
The educator agrees to create and publish educational content on ClassLyv. ClassLyv will provide technology, course hosting, quizzes, student engagement tools, analytics, payment support, marketplace visibility, promotional opportunities and selected premium features.
Educator Eligibility
The educator confirms that:
- All submitted identity and payment information is correct.
- The educator is qualified or sufficiently experienced to teach the selected subject.
- The educator owns or has permission to use all uploaded material.
- The educator is legally permitted to receive payments for educational services.
Content Responsibilities
The educator may publish videos, courses, quizzes, notes, mock tests, assignments, live sessions and other educational material. All content must be original, accurate, useful and appropriate for the selected learners.
Publish original and accurate educational content.
Maintain clear audio, readable visuals, and structured lessons.
Upload videos and supporting material consistently.
Respond to student questions within the agreed response period.
Update outdated lessons, tests, notes, and course information.
Use ClassLyv tools such as quizzes, notes, analytics, live classes, and student engagement features.
Consistency and Activity
Revenue-sharing eligibility and complimentary premium access depend on active participation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the educator should:
- Publish at least two meaningful content updates per month.
- Complete announced courses and avoid leaving paid courses incomplete.
- Conduct scheduled live sessions or notify students of changes in advance.
- Respond to student questions within 72 hours.
- Review course quality, learner feedback and performance analytics regularly.
Use of Premium Features
Partner educators may receive complimentary premium access. The educator is expected to make reasonable use of available features, including:
Premium access is a partnership benefit and not a permanent, transferable or cash-equivalent entitlement.
Content Ownership and Licence
The educator retains ownership of original content. The educator grants ClassLyv a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, stream, display, distribute, promote and technically process the content while it remains available on the platform.
ClassLyv may create thumbnails, previews, subtitles, translations, summaries, quizzes, snippets and promotional material derived from the educator's content.
Revenue Sharing
Revenue will be calculated according to the separate ClassLyv Revenue Sharing Policy accepted by the educator.
Revenue calculations may account for taxes, refunds, chargebacks, payment gateway fees, discounts and campaign-specific terms.

Students acquired through ClassLyv remain ClassLyv platform users. The educator must not redirect students to external payment methods for products or services listed on ClassLyv.
Marketing Permission
The educator permits ClassLyv to use the educator's name, photograph, profile, course information, public testimonials and selected lesson excerpts for platform and course promotion.
Prohibited Activities
Uploading copied, pirated, misleading, or copyrighted material.
Redirecting ClassLyv students to external payment channels.
Sharing student information without permission.
Creating fake enrollments, ratings, reviews, or engagement.
Using abusive, discriminatory, political, religious, or inappropriate content unrelated to education.
Misusing the ClassLyv name, logo, platform, or premium tools.
Quality Review
ClassLyv may review, reject, request corrections to, temporarily hide or remove content that is incomplete, misleading, outdated, poor-quality, unlawful or inconsistent with platform standards.
Refunds and Adjustments
Refunded or disputed transactions are not eligible for revenue sharing. Any amount already credited for such a transaction may be deducted from future educator earnings.
Taxes and KYC
The educator must provide valid bank, UPI, PAN, GST or other compliance information when required. The educator remains responsible for personal tax obligations arising from earnings.
Confidentiality
The educator must protect student data, unpublished business information, internal analytics, pricing strategies, platform processes and other confidential information received through the partnership.
Suspension and Termination
ClassLyv may suspend or terminate the partnership for fraud, copyright complaints, payment diversion, fake engagement, repeated inactivity, poor conduct, misuse of student data or material policy violations.
Either party may terminate the partnership by written notice. Existing students may continue to access purchased content for the committed access period.
Non-Exclusivity
This agreement is non-exclusive unless a separate exclusivity agreement is signed. The educator may teach on other platforms while respecting ClassLyv student, payment and confidentiality obligations.
Policy Updates
ClassLyv may update operational, technology, safety, quality and revenue policies. Material changes affecting educator earnings or responsibilities will be communicated before they take effect.
Dispute Resolution
Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through discussion. Unresolved disputes will be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction stated in the final signed agreement.
Educator Declaration
I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted this agreement and the applicable ClassLyv Revenue Sharing Policy.
